Operational Challenges to Support Offshore Documentation Teams

The creation of an offshore documentation team requires changes to the way organizations assign and manage work. Compared to large companies that have mature production procedures, small and medium-sized companies face a larger scale of change, fewer options, and greater challenges to make their offshore operation succeed. This paper examines the unique dynamics that companies with fewer than 300 employees must manage to create and sustain a successful offshore documentation team.
