MICROWAVE SYNTHESIS OF SOME PHARMACEUTICAL SUBSTANCES AND DYES

摘要

A laboratory installation for microwave organic synthesis in liquid medium at atmosphere preassure is presented The installation has a distant infrared temperature control and a VSWR sensor used to automatically maintain absorbing power at the desired level in the process of synthesis. The reactor has programmed continuous power control. The installation was used for microwave synthesis of several pharmaceutical substances and dyes. Acceleration of 10-50 times was achieved together with increased yield ratio and product quality.
