Study on the asymmetry of the Balmer lines

摘要

A comparison between computer simulated Balmer lines and recent experimental pro-files is shown in this work. The influence of different effets on the calculated profiles is discussed.Though several points must still be clarified a little deeper, the agreement between experimental andcalculated profiles guarantees a good understanding of the relevant physical effects.
