SUBSTANCE: through head telephones one presents series of sound clicks at alternating interaural temporary delay between paired impulses at 10 mcsec pace imitating the movement of sound image in subjective field from middle plane of patient's head to any ear. One should study the structure of subjective sound field: it is necessary to determine the value of minimal interaural temporary delay during which one has the feeling of shift in sound image against sagittal plane of patient's head either rightwards or leftwards. Maximum angles for this shift are determined, interaural temporary delay is fixed when lateralization process is stopped. EFFECT: higher accuracy of studying. 1 tbl
