摘要

Long term field studies and experimental investigations on northern European coasts have demonstrated that trematode egg hatching, miracidial infection capacity and cercarial shedding are strongly temperature dependant. This suggests that global warming will promote trematode life cycle transmission in northern coastal ecosystems and influence populations in their intermediate and final hosts.
