In an industry which has grown and developed in a frame of reference rom"Can't do it-can't stay"through to"no blame/just culture enarios"we have to ask ourselves what comes next?Most people in ur business have at one time or another been exposed to a culture hat has been very task focused within stringent time schedules.In a lot of cases"rule by fear"was the norm and generally,people work in the"telling"style of leadership.Safety leadership principles have been passed on through many different vehicles from training sessions, ideos,walk-throughs,OJT,management by example etc.It seems that now is the time to go to the next level in terms of seeking even more efficient and cost effective development and training to those who can make the difference.
