摘要

Laser ablation (LA) of intermetallic Zn-Fe layers on steel substrate was applied instead of routinely used techniques as electron microprobe X-ray microanalysis (EPXMA) or Mossbauer spectroscopy [1]. These methods are time-consuming and more expensive than LA. Thus, LA potential to replace them was investigated here. The experimental schemes with used apparatuses may be found in [2, 3].
