This present paper reports a regulation effect of Moso bamboo vinegar with different diluents on three kinds of vegetables of lettuce, cole, cucumber by using field test method. The results show that moso bamboo vinegar with 500-800 times dilution had good promotion effect on tested vegetables. The harvest of the vegetable increased from 18.8%-20.2% comparing with the control. The height and the weight of single vegetable tested also increased. The main components of moso bamboo vinegar were analyzed by GC-MS and the promotion effect on the growth was preliminarily thought coming from a synergistic effect of the main components of bamboo vinegar at trace amount.
