Individual Differences, Culture, Self-Efficacy and User Performance: A Path Analysis

摘要

The purpose of this research is to comprehensively examine the relationships between computer anxiety, culture, computer self-efficacy (CSE), and user performance in a training setting. To accomplish this, previously validated instruments will be used to measure culture, anxiety and computer self-efficacy. The effects of these variables on performance, both hands-on and conceptual, will be investigated using path analysis.
