With the development of IT, online-education has become one of the most important education methods. This study investigates the determinants affecting the online-education effectiveness in terms of learning satisfaction and application performance. Hypotheses are developed based on literature reviews and tested by survey data. The result of a structural equation model identifies significant factors.
