Teams form the building blocks of organizations. In addition, effective functioning of teams has been center of focus for many management researchers. We examined the interrelationships between team socialization, communication performance, coordination, team performance, new product cycle development time and overall organizational performance. An integrated Framework beneficial to practitioners is proposed. In addition, conclusion and future research directions are also presented.
