摘要

The study deals with the long-term impact of neonatal sympathectomy and sensory denervation on norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA), and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) levels in the selected cardiovascular tissues of the rat, i. e. separated heart compartments and aorta. Neonatal sympathectomy resulted in permanent increase in tissue concentrations of sensory transmitter CGRP. Changes in DA tissue levels after both types of neuronal damage differed substantially from changes in NE concentrations thus providing new evidence about NE-independ-ent dopaminergic peripheral system and its putative regulation via sensory nerves.
