Introduction The PSA method is a method of collecting the specific ingredients in mixed gas, by making the specific ingredient in the mixed gas pressurized using the high adsorbent of adsorptive power to a certain gas in mixed gas adsorb preferentially, and subsequently reducing pressure. Moreover, action prediction of the real process was tried by creating the simulation using the Stop & Go method about an action in case water vapor is included, and comparing with an experimental result.
