摘要

Green fluorescence protein (GFP) as a reporter gene is widely used for gene expression test. Yeast expression vector was reconstructed to express a Mb.NRAMPl protein in frame with a C-terminal GFP in this paper. Results showed that Mb.NRAMPl was mainly localized in partial plasma membrane, but not the whole plasma membrane. This result gave us a clue that there might lies an animal-like Fe-transport mechanism in plant, an endocytotic Fe acquisition mechanism.
