Hepatocellular dysfunction is often seen in cholestasis and biliary obstruction such as cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis, and after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). The purpose of this study was to investigate hepatic micro circulatory changes in the increase of bile duct pressure experimentally.
