Different factors are so important to design and optimize brake system for various vehicles. The performance of designed brake system was dependent on some parameters such as: deceleration, Pedal effort, Wheel lock sequence and etc. This paper presents a system approach to design and optimize the components of hydraulic brake system (booster and proportional valve). Finally, all theoretical results were validated with experimental results.
