This research aims to develop G~1 hull form generation from curve network based on open source software for 3D ship CAD. Due to the activation of Harmonized Common Structure Rules (CSR-H), structure analysis for whole ship components is required. Currently, 3D ship CAD development is actively underway for generating the finite element model of whole ship components. Hull form generation is required to express precise ship boundary to acquire accurate analysis of ship. In this study, the hull form generation function is developed contain three parts. First, curve networks are generated from the offset table that sampled points of the ship hull surface. Second, C~0 continuity patches are generated from curve networks using Coons patches. Finally, using agnostic G~1 Gregory surface generation algorithm, patches can be satisfied G~1 continuity condition. Whole functions are developed using open source software.
