摘要

Some Slipping shoe was detected failure during the test. Overall view damage morphology, wear marks and fracture surface were observed and analyzed. Energy spectrum analysis and microstructure of the materials were tested. The failure mode and causes were given. The results show that the failure mode of hydraulic pump is wear and the failure mode of spline axes is overload fracture. Bad welding quality is the main failure cause. Wearable layers dropped during the test and leaded to serious wear. Large load was the main failure cause for spline axes.
