摘要

To deal with the problem of PID parameters design on the large disturbance processes and large dead-time processes of practical industrial control processes, a novel identification method(Model Parameters and Initial States Identification simultaneously in closed loop ——MPISI) has been proposed in this article. The process model parameters and initial states of the PID control loop can identified at the same time using this method. Practical application shows that the proposed method is advantageous of anti-interfere and robustness. The method gives a new way for the optimization of the process system.
