Network-based On-line Monitoring System of Oil Well Output

摘要

The measurement of the oil well output is realized by detecting the level of the horizontal metering tank. For the harsh working conditions of oil well, the hand-dipping method measuring the level of oil tank is still adopted. The paper introduces the remote monitoring system based on Internet and RS485 bus, and the measuring principle of floater and grating is applied in level, in order to meet the requirement of explosion prevention. The experimental results prove its advantages of safety, precision, remote transmission, lower cost and reduced the intensity of labor and danger.
