AN INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR ON-LINE MONITORING AND AUTOMATIC PURIFICATION OF INDUSTRIAL OILS

PURPOSE: A unified management system is provided to monitor the state of industrial oil on a real time and to automatically execute the refinement of the industrial oil based on a monitoring result by including an online monitoring apparatus and an automatic refining apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An online monitoring apparatus(100) monitors physical deterioration state by a contamination level of industrial oil on a real time and diagnoses the contamination of the industrial oil. An automatic refining apparatus(200) comprises one and more refiners. The automatic refining apparatus selects the refiner which is fitted for the contamination level and reason of the industrial oil according to a monitoring result of the online monitoring apparatus and automatically refines the industrial oil in case a diagnosis result of the online monitoring device is over a set value.
