摘要

The paper deals with exponential stability and stabilization of uncertain linear systems with time-varying delays. The approach is based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii techniques, polytopic systems and descriptor representation. The systems under consideration have norm-bounded uncertainties and uncertain bounded delays. The results are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Two examples are given to show the efficiency of our approach.
