On the Probabilistic Estimation of an Error of the Iteration Method of Solution of Linear Algebraic Equations

The one-step iteration method of solution of linear algebraic equations is considered. Assuming that the components of the initial error vector are random values, the formula is derived for the mathematical expectation of the squared norm of the error vector at the m-th iteration step.
