In this work, it will be presented an Artificial Neural Networks application for identifying the appropriate deltaic systems with fluvial dominion using Petrology characteristics, physical and paleontological sedimentologics information. The artificial neural network was trained and tested using real cases data and it was found very accurate results for the deltaic systems interpretation obtaining an important computational tool for professionals that work in geology area.
