Re-understanding the network resources management system - From a management angle of view

The network resources management has been an important tool for telecom operators to enhance the inner management. In this paper, the general concept and current study on the network resources management are introduced, and some incomplete viewpoints on the construction and operation of the network resources management system are analyzed and commented, it's put forward that the position, function and economic attribute should be re-understood. The extension of the network resources management system is discussed and two possible extension directions are put forward: the extension along the industry chain and the extension of the resources management rules. And the ultimate objective of NRMS is strengthened.
