Overview the fundamental issues in PCB micro-drilling industry

摘要

This paper represents the fundamental issues of high speed micro-drilling tools in application of PCB drilling industry. Moreover, high accurate levels of machine and process capability are demanded to ensure manufacturing productivity in MiB, BGA and passive control drilling. The contribution of these elements is analyzed and reported.
