摘要

Positive effects resulting out of web usage at the workplace become relevant in the context of the vastly changed workplace today. This paper investigates how PWU moderates the relation between task variability, task analyzability and job satisfaction. Task variability was positively related to Job satisfaction. Data supported our hypotheses that PWU moderated the relation between Task variability and job satisfaction, and the relation between task analyzability and job satisfaction.
