This study examines the factors that companies in the information and communications technology (ICT) industry consider obstacles to their economic development. Topics included the labor market, costs of doing business, and quality-of-life issues. A computer-based interview process was employed to obtain responses from high-level executives. Frequency data is presented and factor analysis was utilized.
