Thermoresponsive-co-biodegradable Hydrogels for Aqueous Loading and Sustained Release of Nerve Growth Factor

摘要

A series of novel hydrogels were developed for aqueous loading and sustained release of nerve growth factor (NGF). The new hydrogels possessed the advantageous properties of thermo -response and biodegradation, and were non-toxic to PC12 nerve cells . NGF released from the hydrogels was bioactive by promoting neurite growth.
