Phase separation process of Ni42CrTiAl alloy aged at various temperatures was studied by means of transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. It was concluded that the temperature of spinodal decomposition is 500 deg C. And the solid solution break into the lean and the rich areas, moreover the rich solute areas would have ordering arrangement to form ordering phase.
