摘要

Phospholipid, free and esterified cholesterol, tiiglyceride, and apolipopiotein B (apoB) are assembled into lipoprotein particles in hepatocytes and intestinal enterocytes, and then secreted from the cell in the form of very low density lipoproteins or chylomicrons for transport throughout the body Studies have shown that the formation of the mature lipoprotein particle requires the microsomal triglyceride transfer protein (MTP), a lipid transfer protein found within the endoplasmic reticulum of liver and intestine Although the MTP/apoB lipid secretion and transport pathway was originally thought to be unique to the liver and intestine, recent reports suggest a similar pathway may have additional roles in other tissues.
