In this paper, fiber optic trap was theoretically analyzed for corroborating the single laser beam fiber optic trap. From these theoretical investigations, it was found that vertical distance between the bottom of the sample cell and the optical fiber end and radius of curvature of fiber end were important parameter for fiber trapping.
