MODELING AND IMPROVEMENT OF RIDE QUALITY OF A LAND CRUISER

摘要

To study the vibration characteristics of a land cruiser, understand the underlying reasons of costumer complaints and to make improvements in ride quality, a two DOF and an eight DDF models are developed and used. Two DOF model is used to make design decisions. The eight DOF is used to find natural frequencies and related mode shapes, and study the overall behavior.
