In this paper the analysis of ultimate loads on ship grillages is made for account of simultaneous action of ultimate bending moments at total longitudinal bending and pressures on the grillages with account of plastic hinges at bending, shear and torsion. It is shown that there is necessary to limit the ultimate moment value so that stresses in deck hard elements did not exceed value of yield strength, and longitudinal stresses in bottom hard elements - near 90% of yield strength. At such limitations the ship grillages can receive total and local ultimate load in accordance with the ultimate plastic strength criterion.
