Port Throughput Combination Forecast Model Based on Grey Theory and ANN

摘要

For the purpose of the forecast of the increasing and fluctuating throughput of port, a combination forecast math model based on Grey Theory and ANN (Artificial Neutral Network) is established. The calculation result shows that this combination model, a utilization of Linear Programming Theory, presents more advantages over single models in that it considerably improves the precision of forecast and manifests certain practicabilities.
