Quality Control in a Changing World

Mr. Donn Keefe: Thank you, Steve. You've heard a lot about wood preservatives, this morning, about a lot of new wood preservatives, and one of the things that is not going to change is quality control. And so that s what I want to talk to you about. And, I want to talk about our current requiremenis, some very practical factors of quality control, what we are doing presently, what we used to do, which is kind of amazing; and what we look to do in the future; and, that we have a real challenge in thefuture. So, with that I'm going to proceed, except that I want to clarify one thing about; and I'll do it on the next slide here.
