New Name, New Image: PC Help Desk Steers Massive PR Launch

Louisiana State University's Biomedical Research Center is going through a major expansion in reaching its 5 year strategic plan. With expansion comes an opportunity to "get the word out" to new and old faculty, staff and students on the services that the Technology Services Group provide. Efforts have been made in an attempt to have a diversified public relations launch about TSG. The following is a list of these efforts: 1. Name Change from PBRC Helpdesk to Technology Services Group (TSG) 2. Website - www.tsg.pbrc.edu 3. Brochures 4. Product Flyers 5. Posters 6. Welcome Letter for New Employees The poster presented will include a demo and sample of all of the above efforts and other elements that allowed the PR launch to be successful. This launch has truly been an excellent way to network TSG and its services to the entire institution.
