Minimizing Cost of the Catalyst Gauzes Sets Applied in the Nitric Acid Plants

The Polish State Mint (PSM) was established in 1766 by the king of Poland. Stanislaus Augustus who was obliged by the Parliamentary Electoral to implement a monetary reform. Until the 20th century, the Mint's activities focused on the production of coins, medals and seals. After the Second World War PSM started its activity in the field of precious metals processing manufacturing products for industrial applications, used in various technological processes. Until the end of 1980s the State Treasury of Poland controlled trading in precious metals. The Mint kept in its hands the selling and buying of articles made of platinum, palladium, rhodium and iridium on behalf of the State Treasury.
