摘要

Satellite's IR (Infrared) payload requires a thermally controlled black body surface for its IR detector calibration. This black body surface shall be installed in front of the IR payload inside a vacuum chamber, and several temperatures shall be made on the surface with highly homogeneous temperature distribution. The black body which is thermally controlled by the regulated gaseous nitrogen supply system was implemented inside KARI's optical thermal vacuum chamber. And, the black body surface temperature distribution was measured using modified COTS IR camera. Through the IR camera inside the thermal vacuum chamber, the surface temperature homogeneity from -20°C to +40°C under a high vacuum environment was validated in comparison with the thermocouple measurement results.
