Unconventional Usage of a Web-Based Survey: Gathering Quality Data for Green Awareness in Lawmaking

We describe the innovative application of the free official EU web platform for surveys, adopted by our institution to improve ethic, eco-friendly and crime-fighting lawmaking process of our Regional Parliament. Our initiative in designing and delivering of DPS (Digital Public Services) is compliant with GDPR and the 8 principles of the Tallinn Declaration on eGovernment (EU2017.EE), based on user-centricity and eIDAS (electronic IDentification, Authentication and trust Services). Input data are personally entered into an intelligent control checked platform by trusted public officials resident in 90 Municipalities between Naples and Caserta ("Land of Fires"): the outcomes are certified Open Data with legal value, shareable on standard interoperable cloud and GIS platforms of other Public Administrations, Police and Law enforcement.
