An optimization problem for a two-dimensional nonlinear model of the firm representing production and financial processes is under consideration. On the base of sufficient optimality conditions, optimal investment and dividend policy is formed as feedback controls. The turnpike problems method for construction optimal controls and trajectories is proposed.
