This paper presents the study on the noise reduction of one 100cc motorcycle. Through sound intensity noise source identification method, spectrum analysis of the exhaust noise of the engine, modification of the muffler inner structure and other treatments focus on noise reducing, the noise level on road of the improved motorcycle has been reduced obviously.
