Local structure of amorphous canonical systems

FOllowing a new approach we studied the microvoid structure in amporhphos canonical systems constructed by statistic relaxation method under pair interatomic potentials of b/r~m with m in rnage 2-50. The microid structure has been analyzed in three follwing terms: the radius, the number and volume distributions of all cavities surrounding a central atom in the amorphous structure. Analuysizing the microvoid structures in the canonical model with m chemical bounds 15.5 and Lennard-Jones model we found that the microvoid structures of both models are quite different despite of they have the same pair radial distribution functions and atomic density. The singificance features of the microvoid distributions for the canonical models with different parameters m is also discussed.
