摘要

This paper introduces the principle, characteristic and development of Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) and Multimedia Simulation (MS) technology. The method of DIS and MS is utilized to simulate and forecast the evolution speed and change which pathogenic bacteria (tuberculosis bacteria etc) resists to bacteriophage under different conditions. Thus effective application of simulation technology is achieved in bioengineering technology.
