The Design of PCB Automatic Test System with High Performance of Generality and Automaticity

摘要

In this paper, the design of a PCB auto test system based on VXI-bus is introduced. The system set the focus on the bottleneck problem that constrains the generality and automaticity of the PCB test. By using an auto location device, which is now a national patent, the in-circuit data can be measured with a high speed, in that, the efficiency and the availability of such test is improved.
