摘要

The objective of this paper is to optimize the physical properties of the CdS/CuInS{sub}2 solar cells. We will replace the CdS window which presents a degradation under illumination, caused by his low lifetime [3], by In{sub}2S{sub}3 which is stable [4] and have a best crystallographic accordance with CuInS{sub}2. In this paper we present the structural properties of the In{sub}2S{sub}3 thin films optimised to be used as an optical window in CIS solar cells.
