摘要

The design of compound assisted device is very important in order to acquire high ratio of assisted range for compound assisted projectile. In this paper, a assisted range scheme to design series pattern compound assisted device is put forward on the basis of experimental. The aim of the scheme is to keep the ratio of range raised by base bleed no change while the loss of rocket thrust is decreased to minimum. The experiment results indicated the loss of rocket thrust is no great than 3% while attached the base bleed device on the compound assisted device according to the scheme. From the results the series pattern compound assisted device can be satisfied the shell requires to the ratio of assisted range.
