Shielding Effectiveness of Solid Shield

摘要

Shield techniques to protect the facilities are usually selected during the early design phase. Weather for a large facility or an equipment enclosure, what we must do first is to define the shielding effectiveness. In this paper, the definition of shielding effectiveness and its characters are described. Through analyzing SE for electric, magnetic, plane wave field, the properties of solid shield have been summed up.
