摘要

A design of pneumatic driving system has to include the specification of cylinder driving condition, the selection of devices that has the smail energy loss and the ability of sufficient energy supply and then the function and evaluation making the system performance atable. Accordingly, the calculation of valve size Ks is to give the flow rate capacity and the specified driving condition. The equivalent flow rate method applisd in the aimple model becomes to the viewpoint of design method, because it can give the most suitable acting condition to fit for design. The stabilization of system performance depends on the back pressure of cylinder, then the another pressure control circuit is needed instead of the speed control valve. This is clear from the measurement of driving pressure and back pressure of cylinder in the practical driving condition.
