摘要

Well-aligned carbon-nanotube bundles have been fabricated in microwave plasma CVD with catalyst-assisted process. The density and shape of the bundles of carbon-nanotube can be controlled by pre-deposition of catalyst. A transparent anode technique was used to measure the field emission properties from the carbon-nanotube bundles. The present study shows that relatively low density of the bundles have very better emission property.
